We have had a busy week that started on a high note with our MYP/DP coffee morning. Many parents joined us to hear more about the two programmes we offer at the high school. Our MYP parents were given an opportunity to delve deeper into how we assess student work and our DP parents were provided with a greater understanding of the DP Core programmes. We also presented on the Laws in Singapore to help keep everyone informed. All of our students have also had a presentation on the Law In Singapore to help to guide them in making wise choices.
On Monday 17th and Wednesday 19th we have our 3-way conferences. This is an opportunity for students, parents and guardians to meet teachers to discuss overall progress within subject areas and to gain a better understanding of student goals. Sign-up for these were sent via ManageBac last week to parents and students. If you require any further information on the 3-way conferences, please do not hesitate to contact the HS Office.
As part of the IB’s 50th anniversary celebrations, students and teachers at the High school are joining the IB #generationIB event and showcasing the collaborative skills, creativity and innovative ideas to find solutions to some of the most pressing global issues.
